We now have after hours care available through a 24/7 nurse triage phone line. If it is after hours for the Clinic, and you are not sure if symptoms you are experiencing are normal, or are unsure if you should go to the Emergency Department or not, you can call our nurse line.
Please note, the people who answer this call do not have access to your chart. They cannot refill any medications, update you on the status of a referral or take any messages. The purpose of this nurse triage line is only to help you decide if you need to go to the Emergency Department, or if you can wait and schedule the first available appointment with our Clinic provider.

Sherman County Medical Clinic is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Sherman County Medical Clinic
